If you are a tenant in one of our managed properties you can report any maintenance issues 24 hours a day 7 days a week through your Property File account.

Please remember to use the maintenance guidance which may help you to resolve the issue simply and quickly.  Otherwise give as much information as possible and include photographs.

Pressing the ‘Report’ button below will open a new window and load our Property File page, click the ‘Sign In’ button at the top right corner of the page.
